Q: What are directories?
A: A directory is a local business listing that contains a business name, address and phone number (NAP), along with other details. Common directories include sites like Google, Bing, Yelp, 411, Foursquare, but there are many more.
Q: What directories are included in the 70+?
A: Contact us for a full list of directories. Keep in mind different industries rely on different sets of directories to enhance online visibility. We'll make sure to focus on the directories that will help grow your business.
Q: My business is located outside of the US. Can I use this service?
A: We currently only have US directories within our network.
Q: Will you create a Google Map listing?
A: No. As the business owner, you must create the listing. You'll need to provide us access so we can optimize the listing and increase your visibility in search results. If the listing is suspended, flagged as duplicate, or has any verification issues, it's your responsibility to resolve the issue.
Q: Do I get any reports?
A: Yes! You can log in to your dashboard to view the all of your listings, along with their metrics and statuses.
Q: What happens to all of the directory listings if we cancel the service?
A: Since we pay a monthly subscription to all the directories, once canceled, the respective listings will also be canceled. However, if you already had some of the listings prior to signing up for this service, they'll simply return back to their original state and will not be deleted from the directories themselves.
We don't store any login credentials to any of the directories, this is all done via our API. This means we have no control over what the directories themselves decide to do if this service is cancelled.
